Museum Family Days
The Pearl offers free Family Days with hands-on art projects, artist demonstrations, performances, and more. Projects are designed for ages 5 and up, and can be enjoyed by both children and adults! The featured art projects are inspired by current exhibitions, seasonal holidays, or other concurrent events.
Family Days are typically held on a Saturday from 10:00am-2:00pm, but may vary depending on other events happening at the museum. Please check our calendar below for upcoming dates. Participants are welcome to drop in at any time between the posted Family Day hours. No registration is required.

Summer Opening Family Day
Free Event May 31st 10 am to 2 pm
Come celebrate the opening of our summer exhibit “Art Unleashed: Creativity You Can Feel!” We will have art activities and the Houston Brick Club here from 10 am to 2 pm and will have Mad About Hoops performing at 11 am.
Please note that while attendance is free, any donations received go towards future community programs. Kindly consider a donation ticket to help us continue to provide free events like this for our community!
